Do you buy books?
No. We allow users to put up their books for sale on our site. Whether other users or visitors choose to buy them is completely up to their discretion.
Why use the site?
Like many people I accumulated a lot of books throughout my life but after reading them never had the time or heart to do anything else with them & thus they wound up in storage. Some people no doubt simply throw them out or gave them away, their were times when I did as well. I always felt that was a waste since other people might need or be willing to buy these used books in Canada. However, when COVID hit no one could have physical contact with anyone else making garage sales and the like impractical, hence the birth of this website.
Why should I make an account?
It’s completely up to you and your needs whether to make an account or not. If you’re simply looking for a specific book or browsing then it’s perfectly fine not to make an account with this site. However if you are selling somethin on this website then you must make an account in order to proceed.
Made a mistake on my order, What can I do?
You have a variety of options. First off being to try to cancel the order, if that doesn’t work then try to contact the seller or the website staff to get the issue resolved. If the mistake involves a monetary issue then you can contact your bank or credit card company and have them deny/cancel the payment.
